I document the current state: org, stack, contracts, people data, risk surfaces. No vendor pitch, no slide theatre.

Design

A written one-pager (or full plan) describing what to build, in what sequence, and what to stop doing.

Build

I either hand the plan to your team and stay on call, or operate alongside you as fractional advisor through the build.

Operate

Quarterly check-ins, board readouts, and an open line when the next workforce decision shows up.
